MIPSS 2016

We are pleased to announce the 1^st International Plastic Surgery Summer School in Marbella!
The concept of this meeting has been inspired by personal experiences and many comments of friends and colleagues on the fact that bigger meetings have become less personal and due to their size more industry orientated.

What we want to create is an annual compact, face-to-face event where young (and young at heart) Plastic Surgeons from all over Europe share their honest experiences, discuss pearls and pitfalls of new techniques and contribute selected presentations within their field of expertise. The meeting will be a compact, and condensed two and a half-days of live-surgeries and presentations, allowing and specifically aiming for a direct and on-going exchange between all participants. We invite you to browse our preliminary scientific program on our website and to submit your own proposal of presentations in your field of expertise. Each panel has a 30 min slot for free papers and we strongly encourage everybody to participate.

As many of us are in a phase where they either have just recently founded their own practice or clinic or are considering combining private practice with hospital work in near future,
there will be a dedicated session on Clinical Brand building, Marketing and Social media and other aspects to help you to build your successful private practice. The meeting will take place in the heart of Marbella, the pulsating lifestyle heart of the sun soaked “Costa del Sol”, right on the famous “Paseo Marítimo “ facing the sea. Take a stroll through the picturesque old town, try some “tapas”, visit a flamenco session and open all your senses to the feel of Mediterranean summer in Andalucia…

The pristine Mediterranean Sea, the excellent restaurants and the vibrant nightlife that characterize Marbella allow us to create a fantastic social program where all participants can network and enjoy together with their international peers. As we want the meeting to be exclusive and intimate, places are limited, so please register early over our website and feel free to submit abstracts.
